What's incredible about the outbound calls, especially if you're working for like a BPO or a sales force company, rotation pools. It's never the same AI agent speaking at the same time. The voice agent will change, and based on what's working and what isn't, you can change everything. You can personally assign a team to make those phone calls for you, which is insane.
