How to Give Your Team Access to Your AI Receptionist

You click invite team member. You add their email address, which could be dude.net, And then you provide them a specific kind of access, admin, member, viewer, read only. And here's how it works.

This is how much detail you can actually put in here. So, basically, in terms of the dashboard, you can they can have access to the home. They can have access to analytics. They can take a look at your pipeline in terms of the contacts and the people.

This means that if you have a sales team, they're also able to look at the hot leads through SmartAlex and make strategic phone calls based on that Really valuable. I've come from the sales background myself and to have that first like line of barrier, that first touch of communication with an AI voice agent, and then me having made that call knowing that there was interest would have been a godsend.
