How to Connect Google Calendar and Gmail to Your AI Receptionist

What's up, guys? We're back for another episode with SmartAlex. Today, we're going to be exploring how do you connect your Google, how do you send Gmails, and how does it work in terms of your calendar? It's going to get wild.

You're going to click on Google, which I've already connected. All you have to do is really connect your Google. It's super simple. So, you're going to hop in, connect your Google.

You can also choose what your agent can do. It can send follow-up emails. It can book meetings on your calendar, and it can even schedule an email for later. And that's coming soon.

Don't get too eager now. So, because you've connected it to I would advise that you go straight, you exit that, and go straight into the dashboard. Now, we haven't connected a cell phone number yet, which we're going to do in the next video, so stay tuned. But right now, I'm going to explore with you guys with a test how it works sending an email and putting it an email in your calendar.

So, it's generally that easy to just send an email and put something in your calendar. I think a lot of people really, really specifically enjoy the calendar input of this. You've got your AI voice agent open right there. You can just click up, talk to them and set it right in the calendar.
