Jake Maisel builds his first AI voice agent in SmartAlex, with no code. He names a pretend coffee shop, picks a voice and sets the greeting callers hear. Then he points the agent at the shop's website and talks to it live. It answers in the shop's name, finds his nearest branch and offers to book him in, before he has even connected a calendar. He gave himself two minutes. It took about four.
