How I Imported 20 Leads From a CSV Into My AI Agent (No Code, Ep. 8)

What is up, guys? And welcome back to SmartAlex. In this video, I'm going to show you how to import a sales flow list as a CSV file. Now, in the previous video, I showed you how to manually add a contact, and that was right over here in the contact section.

If I go to my toolbar, and that's add contact. Today, we're going to import a file with a full bunch of prospects on it. Hot leads. Hot diggity.

We're getting leads, aren't we?

So, firstly, you can also just connect your CRM if you're using Zoho, HubSpot, etc., etc., etc. But, today, I'm just going to go to upload a CSV.

You drop a CSV file here. You would drop a CV there, and it gives you what you need in order for it to be a valid CSV and to gather the information. Headers in the front row, and first name and phone are required.

So, there, you'll click through. I'll go to my downloads, sample for SmartAlex, and drop it right in. Simple as that. That's 20 contacts that I've made.

I can immediately just go and import 20 contacts. It'll load, and bingo, bango, there they will all turn up. These are all random cell numbers.

It is that easily done should you follow the guidelines. From there, you can set up sales flows, and your team can also access these contacts right away. If you need people to make calls, perfect. Use SmartAlex.
