This time the agent makes the call. Jake types his mobile number into the test panel and clicks Call my phone. It rings. The agent introduces itself as a pretend coffee shop, asks if now is a good time and offers to book him in. He puts it on loudspeaker, so you hear the whole call. At the end he shows Contacts, where you add the people your agent will ring.
