Widget Sub-processor List
SmartAlex engages the sub-processors below to provide the Widget. We remain responsible for each under the Data Processing Addendum, impose data protection obligations no less protective than the DPA (including the model-training restriction), and give notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor.

Advertising platforms are engaged at the customer's direction, using the customer's own advertising accounts, and signals are forwarded only where the visitor's consent and applicable law permit. We notify customers of a new or replacement sub-processor with a reasonable period to object on reasonable data protection grounds. The current, complete list is maintained by SmartAlex and made available to customers.
